
Diaspora Property Expo 2025 Announces U.S. Launch

Diaspora Property Expo 2025 (DPE2025), an event dedicated to bridging the gap between real estate sector in Ghana and the vibrant Ghanaian Diaspora in the U.S was formally launched on Wednesday, January 22 at the Embassy of Ghana in Washington DC. The theme of the event was “Gateway to Ghana: Unveiling Opportunities for Global Diaspora Investors”.
Diaspora Property Investment Ltd, the main organizers in partnership with the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), The World Trade Centre of Greater Philadelphia and the Ministry of Works, Housing & Water Resources in Ghana presented its mission, unveiled upcoming plans and highlights of the Diaspora Property Expo 2025 (DPE2025).
DPE2025 is scheduled to take place at the World Trade Centre of Greater Philadelphia, USA from March 21st to March 23, 2025.
The Expo will bring together and showcase residential and commercial properties from Ghana’s leading developers.
Experts will be available to offer workshops and one-on-one consultations on property investment, land acquisition, legal frameworks, and financing options to satisfy attendees’ quest for a clear path to property ownership and investment in Ghana.
In his address, the Executive Director, Diaspora Property Investment Ltd (DPI), Mr. Sidney Justin Tehoda stated that “DPE2025 is not just about showcasing properties; it is about unlocking possibilities and delivering solutions.
For the Ghanaian diaspora, this is your chance to invest in the property you dream of, create wealth, and contribute meaningfully to the development of the land of your heritage.”
HRM Nana Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII, Paramount Chief of Abeadze State and Chairman of DPE Board, added “The Diaspora Property Expo is not just about bricks and mortar; it is about building dreams, creating sustainable communities, and strengthening the socio-economic ties that bind us as a people. We are here today because of the vision and determination of many individuals and organizations who have worked tirelessly to make this event a reality.”
Mrs. Anita Bediako, a US based Real estate and Ghana property investor, shared an inspiring success story of property ownership in Ghana.

Nana Kwesi Atomu II, CEO of Atomu Africa Development Services; Mr. Francis Gborglah, the Acting Head of Mission, Embassy of Ghana in Washington DC, declared the Diaspora Property Expo 2025 (DPE2025) formally launched.
